MightyMo/MiniMo User’s Guide 4-3
Part # 400030-C
About Pages Chapter 4: Working with Pages
ABOUT PAGES
When a new page is created, all of its buttons will be set up by default
either to play a recorded message immediately or to send the
message to the Message Window.
Some of the buttons on a page may be used to perform other
behaviors, including navigating to other pages, controlling appliances
and/or controlling the MightyMo/MiniMo (raise or lower the output
volume, put the device into sleep mode, etc.). These other types of
behaviors may be added or changed by following the instructions in
Chapter 6: Working with Buttons.
A single page on the MightyMo may contain up to seven rows and up
to eight columns of buttons, or a maximum of 56 buttons. A single
page on the MiniMo may contain up to five rows and up to six
columns of buttons, or a maximum of 30 buttons. In addition, a page
may also include tab controls, to allow the opening of up to three
additional tab panes (total of four), each with the same number of
buttons as on the main tab pane. The tab controls allow quick access
to a total of up to 224 (56 x 4) buttons on the MightyMo, or up to 120
(30 x 4) buttons on the MiniMo.
As mentioned earlier, in addition to buttons and tabs, a page can also
include a Message Window to allow more complex messages to be
assembled and played.
You may perform any of the following activities when using and
setting up pages (find more information on the indicated pages):
• Opening a Page on page 4-4
• Creating a New Page on page 4-5
• Modifying a Group of Pages on page 4-28
Some page characteristics can be defined only when a page is first
created; others can be defined only when an existing page is
changed. Most can be defined or modified in either situation. Refer to
