week, including holidays. The DynaVox website also features
detailed information about our technical support services.
Telephone Technical Support
If you are unable to find the answers you need on the Knowledge
Base on the DynaVox website, you can reach our Technical Support
Center by calling 1-800-344-1778. Technical troubleshooting support
is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time. If you call outside these hours, you may
leave a message on our voice mail system, and a technical support
representative will call you back during normal business hours.
If you purchased your device outside the United States and Canada,
please call the helpline number for your local DynaVox distributor.
If you call Technical Support, please have your MightyMo/MiniMo
device and its serial number at hand so that we can talk through
whatever problem you may be experiencing.
