Sharing Sounds Chapter 8: Sound Management
8. Select the OK button.
9. You will be asked if you want to overwrite existing files with the
same name. If you select Yes, the sound on the USB storage
device will be automatically deleted and replaced with an exported
sound that has the same name. If you select No, the software will
export sound(s) that have unique names, but will not export any
sounds that share the same name as sounds currently stored on
the USB storage device.
10. Select the OK button after the sound(s) have been exported
successfully.
11. Select the OK button to close the Import Items menu.
12. Select the OK button to close the Mo Setup menu.
You may now remove the USB storage device from your
MightyMo/MiniMo device if you wish.
Export Sounds to a
Secondary Storage Card
You can export sounds from your MightyMo/MiniMo device to a
secondary storage card, enabling you to save a backup copy of
custom sounds or to share sounds with another MightyMo/MiniMo
user.
To export sound(s) to a secondary storage card, use the following
steps:
1. Insert the secondary storage card into your device (refer to the
instructions in Install a Secondary Storage Card on page 2-18).
2. Select the blue Setup button in the title bar. The Mo Setup menu
will open.
3. Select the Import Items button. The Import Items menu will open.
2 Note: If there is not enough free space on the USB storage device to
export the file(s), an alert window will appear to inform you. Select
the OK button to close the window. In this case, you must free
space on the USB storage device before you can try to export the
file(s) again.
