Check if the error occur with turning the printer
off and on.
Does the error occur when turning the power off and
back on?

Check the replacement of the Optional Cassette
Replace the Optional Cassette with a normal
product, and then check the status. No error occurs.

Replace the Drawer Connector.
Does the error occur after replacing the Drawer
Connector?

Visually check for the FFC of CRCM.
Check the CRCM FFC to make sure that it is not
inserted obliquely.
Go to step 2
Reconnect
the FFC that
connects the
CRCM and
the main
board.
(Replace the
FFC if it is
disconnecte
d or there
are burrs.)

Replace the Main Board Assy.
Does the error occur after replacing the Main Board
Assy?
