FRONT PANEL DESCRIPTION
ENT - The button starts and confirms manual frequency input.
Press ENT button to initialize manual frequency input.
Press again after the completion of input of the frequency.
1...0 - Buttons for manual frequency input.
Press required buttons to input the frequency.
16) LED Indicators - Transceiver mode indicators.
REC - Record mode indicator.
A Red LED shows when Record is active.
IND1 - D/I frequency tuning mode indicator.
A Green LED shows when the IF frequency tuning mode is active (more details in Frequency
Tuning ).
IND2 - Reserve indicator.
Currently Inactive.
SHIFT - Indicator of the buttons' second functions mode.
Indicator shines with orange light, when the buttons' second functions mode is active (more
details in Button SHIFT Operation ).
17) - Voice Recorder button.
Press the REC button to start recording the signal. Press again to stop recording (more
details in Voice Recorder Operation ).
While recording, the REC indicator will show on the transceiver's front panel.

You can record received signals from the air, and also from your own microphone.

Attention, recordings of the air signals should be used for personal use only. MB1 operator
bears full responsibility for using the recorded signal .
- Button to play the Voice Recorder.
A short press of the PLAY button simultaneous plays and transmits the signal on air. After
the transmitting the recording, the transceiver will switch to receive mode.
Press and hold PLAY button to play the recording without transmitting.
M.IN - Button to save the current frequency in memory.
Press M.IN button to save the frequency in transceiver's long-term memory.
