FRONT PANEL DESCRIPTION
SQL - Squelch knob.
Rotate the SQL knob to set the required squelch level for the noise blanker.
It is convenient to control the squelch level using the S-meter yellow needle.
The knob will only be active when in SQL mode (more details in Squelch level adjusting ).
TNF.P - Tunable Notch Filter Position.
Rotate the TNF.P knob to set the position of the tunable notch filter in the receiving filter
band.
TNF.W - Tunable Notch Filter Width.
Rotate the TNF.W knob to set the required blocking band of the notch filter.
MULTI 1 - Knob for shifting the categories in local settings panels.
Rotate the MULTI 1 knob to select the required settings category in the local settings panel
on the transceiver's display.
Note:

If the local settings panel is open, then MON, TNF.P will not be active.
Close the local settings panel to operate these functions.

DOUBLE KNOBS - MIC, SPD, DRIVE, VOX, COMP.
MIC - Knob for microphone input (in dB) gain control.
Rotate the MIC knob to set required level of microphone gain.
The microphone gain level is displayed in the software Main window (more details in
Microphone gain control ).
Note:

The gain factor is stored for each microphone (MIC 1, MIC 2, MIC PC).
SPD - CW speed knob (in WPM).
Rotate the SPD (SPEED) knob to set the speed of the CW signal.
The knob will be active only in CW mode. The set speed is displayed in the software Main
window (more details in Transmitting in CW mode ).
DRIVE - Drive output knob (in %).
Rotate the DRIVE knob to set the transceiver's output power.
The level of output power displayed in % in the software Main window (more details in DRIVE
level adjusting ).
