FRONT PANEL DESCRIPTION
WIDTH - Width knob of the receiving filter.
Rotate the WIDTH knob for smooth tuning of the receiving filter width.
The receiving filter width changes with regard to the filter's center frequency.
NB1 - Noise Blanker 1 knob.
Rotate the NB1 knob to tune the Noise Blanker 1 filter threshold (more details in DSP
Functions using ).
NB2 - Noise Blanker 2 knob.
Rotate the NB2 knob to tune the Noise Blanker 2 filter threshold (more details in DSP
Functions using ).
MULTI 2 - Knob for adjusting parameters in the local settings panels.
Rotate the MULTI 2 knob to choose the required settings category in the local settings
panel on the transceiver's display.
Note:

If the local settings panel is open, then SHIFT , NB1 will not be active. Close the local
settings panel to continue operation with these functions.

MIC(CW) - Switch button for microphone inputs. CW mode settings.
Press the MIC button to select the microphone input (MIC 1, MIC 2, MIC PC).
The selected microphone is displayed in the Main window (more details in Choosing the
microphones input ).
Press and hold the MIC button to open microphones' local settings panels.
(!) Press and hold the MIC button to open the CW mode local settings panels.
CMP - Speech signal compressor button.
Short press the CMP button to enable the speech signal compressor.
Press again to switch off the compressor.
Press and hold the CMP button to open compressor's local settings panel (more details in
Compression level adjusting ).

The compression function is only available for SSB and AM modulation types.
