The Rectangular Voltage Changes with 20 % Duty Cycle Flicker function, see Figure 4-
37, adds rectangular modulation for 12 seconds every 60 second period. The voltage
output is not modulated during the remaining 48 seconds of each period. The depth of
modulation is shown in Table 4-8.
