6-8. Lithium Battery Replacement
The PC within this instrument is fitted with a lithium battery (3V, 180mAH, CR2023
coin cell). Battery life should exceed 10 years. After this the PC setup and date
information may be lost. The battery should be replaced with a UL approved equivalent
by Fluke
authorized technical personnel.
/ Note
This instrument contains a Lithium battery.
Do not mix with the solid waste stream. Spent batteries should be disposed
of by a qualified recycler or hazardous materials handler.
Contact your authorized Fluke Service Center for recycling information.
W Caution
Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time,
either in the product or in storage. When a battery has not been
used for six months, check the charge status and charge or
dispose of the battery as appropriate.
