[Change Settings] screen
You can check or change the recipient.
1 Select an item to be checked or
changed.
E-mail Address
When you change the e-mail address, enter an e-mail address with the keyboard
displayed by selecting [Change Settings].
Recipient Name
When you change the recipient name, enter a recipient name with the keyboard
displayed by selecting [Change Settings].
Change Settings
You can check or change the selected item.
From
You can register the e-mail address of a sender. Only one address can be specified.
Note • When using the authorization feature, a mail address registered in user information is
automatically set.

2 Select any item from the popup
menu displayed.

Address Book
Select sender’s e-mail address from the address book.
For more information on [Address Book], refer to "Address Book" (P.132).
Keyboard
Enter sender’s e-mail address using the keyboard. Up to 128 characters can be
entered.
Cancel
Hides the popup menu.
