Annotation
This feature allows you to print stamps, dates, and page numbers on documents.
You can select stamp type, date, page number from the formats provided.
Note • If you are adding stamp, date, and page number all at once, make sure each of their position
does not overlap with each another.
1 Select [Annotation].
Stamp
Displays the [Stamp] screen.
For more information, refer to "[Stamp] Screen" (P.187).
Date
Displays the [Date] screen.
For more information, refer to "[Date] Screen" (P.189).
Page Number
Displays the [Page Number] screen.
For more information, refer to "[Page Number] Screen" (P.190).
[Stamp] Screen
This feature allows you to print a stamp, such as "Confidential", "Copy Prohibited",
"Urgent", "Important", Circulate", "Side 2 Recycled", "Draft", or "Void", on documents.
1 Select [Stamp].
2 Select [Off] or [On].
Off
No stamp is added.
On
Stamp is added.
