File Name Conflict
(Setting procedures only when a file name is overlapped)
You can set the procedure when file name is overlapped in the same mailbox specified.
1 Select [File Name Conflict].
2 Select any item.
îš„Cancel Job (No save)
If a file of the same name already exists in the forwarding destination, the job is
cancelled and the file is not saved.
îš„Change Name and Save
If a file of the same name already exists in the forwarding destination, the file name is
automatically changed and the file is saved. A 4-digit number (0001 - 9999) is
automatically added to the end of the file name.
îš„Overwrite Name and Save
The existing file is replaced with the new one and saved.
Document Name (Specifying a Filename to Save to)
File name to be saved can be specified.
îš„Auto setting
The document name is set to be [img-"date time"] automatically.
îš„Setting a file name
1 Select [Document Name].
2 Enter a filename using the keyboard shown. Up to 28 characters can be entered.
For information about entering text, refer to "Entering Text" (P.296).
Note • When specifying a Job Template, the filename is taken from the template, and cannot be
changed.
