When the Authentication Feature is Enabled
When the Authentication feature is enabled, the relation between the users and the use
of the mailbox is as follows.
For more information about authorization feature, refer to "Login Setup/Auditron Mode" (P.396).
When [Local Machine Access] is set to [On]; when [Check User Details] of
[Network Access] is set to [On]; when authenticated as a user other than a guest
user of [Remote Access].
Important • If you are authenticated as a guest user of [Remote Access], you have the same restrictions
as an unauthenticated user (general user), and therefore, are not allowed access to job flow
sheets or mailboxes.
When [Check User Details] is set to [Off (Keep logon records)] under selecting
[Network Access].
