Incubator temperature sensor
disconnected.
Check the incubator cable.
When “$” marks appear on test results
or the following errors occur:
E1502, E1503, E1511
The incubator cable may not be
plugged in or disconnected.
Turn the power switch off, and reconnect
the incubator cord.
NOTE: Plug the connector of the
incubator cable to the analyzer and
lock it by turning it clockwise. (Refer to
Section 4.3)
If the error still occurs, please contact
Heska's Technical Support Services for
assistance.
E1503 Temperature control ERR
Incubator heater disconnected.
Check the incubator cable.
E1511 ISE temperature control ERR
E1514 Temperature control WARNING
Wait for ready to measure.
When starting the measurements, the
incubator temperature is not ready.
Wait a moment until the temperature
becomes ready.

Set date & time.
The built-in clock has
been reset.
Set the date and time using the Date & Time settings of
MODE FUNCTION. (Refer to Section 6.3)
If the error still occurs, please contact Heska's Technical
Support Services for assistance.
Turning the power on for the first time or turning the
power continuously off for a long time may cause the
date error.
E5050 No USB memory
Cannot find USB memory.
No USB memory has
been set.
Insert a USB memory into the terminal.
If the error still occurs, please contact Heska's Technical
Support Services for assistance.
E035 Light too intense The circuit board has
malfunction.
If the error still occurs after turning the power off and
on, please contact Heska's Technical Support Services
for assistance.
