5.2.4 Sampler Errors

Tip eject WARNING
Remove a tip from the nozzle.
Empty the disposal box.
The analyzer has failed to
eject a tip.
Remove the tip from the sampler nozzle by
hand and empty the disposal box.
E0100 Faulty tip detection sensor
Prior to tip detection, a tip has already
been detected.
Tip detection sensor is
faulty.
Turn the power off and empty the disposal box,
and then turn the power on.
W120 Tip eject WARNING
Remove a tip from the nozzle.
Empty the disposal box.
A tip remains on the nozzle. Remove the tip from the sampler nozzle by
hand and empty the disposal box.
E0120 Sample surface detection ERR
Sample is insufficient. Check the
sample.
No sample surface found. Perform the following troubleshooting.
a. Touch STOP or BUZZER OFF to stop the
beep.
b. Make sure that the appropriate sample rack
specified for the sample tube is used. Also,
check that DRI-CHEM AUTO TIPS are used.
c. Make sure that the sample volume is above
the aspiration limit. If it is below the limit,
add more sample.
Refer to Section 3.7.7 for allowable sample
volume.
d. Put a new DRI-CHEM AUTO TIP in the sample
rack to rerun the tests from the beginning.
W060 Sample shortage WARNING
Sample is insufficient. Check the sample
rack and the tip. Check the sample
volume. Load a new DRI-CHEM
AUTO TIP and rerun the tests from the
beginning.
Sample was found, but the
volume is insufficient.
E0140
E0142
Sample surface detection ERR
Sample volume is too much.
Check the sample.
Liquid volume is excessive. Check the liquid volume and rerun the
tests from the beginning.
E0140 => Check the sample.
E0141 => Check the diluent.
E0142 => Check the reference fluid.
E0123 Diluent surface detection ERR
Diluent is insufficient. Check the diluent.
No diluent surface has been
found.
Check the diluent volume.
Replace the mixing cup, add diluent, and
set tips, and then rerun the tests from the
beginning.
E0143 Diluent is insufficient.
Check the diluent.
Diluent surface has been
found, but the volume is
insufficient.
Check the diluent volume.
Replace the mixing cup, add diluent, and
set tips, and then rerun the tests from the
beginning.
E0129 Reference fluid surface detection ERR
Reference fluid is insufficient.
Check the reference fluid.
No reference fluid surface
has been found.
Check the reference fluid volume.
Set consumables (tips, etc.) and rerun the tests
from the beginning.
E0144 Reference fluid is insufficient.
Check the reference fluid.
Reference fluid surface
has been found, but the
volume is insufficient.
Check the reference fluid volume.

W150 Dilution test count over
