Check the specification
and the connection of the
communication cable.
LAN communication ERR When data communication errors occur, perform the
following:
• Make sure that the communication cable has been
connected properly.
• Make sure that the status of the host computer is
ready to communicate.
• Make sure that the communication settings have
been set correctly. (See Section 6.8.3)
If the error still occurs, please contact Heska's Technical
Support Services for assistance.

Disposal box became full of
slides and tips.
Discard slides and tips
to empty the box when
measurement is not in
progress.
The disposal box is full of
slides and tips.
Empty the disposal box when the measurements are
not in progress.
When the number of discarded slides in the disposal
box reaches 100, or when the number of used tips
reaches 50, W022 will occur. Once the disposal box is
pulled out, the count will be reset. Always empty the
disposal box every time it is pulled out.
W500 Faulty exhaust fan Fan has malfunctioned. Contact Heska's Technical Support Services for
assistance.
W500 Faulty pressure fan for power
