Connecting Test Fixtures
If you sp ecied test xtures, your HP 4062C or HP 4062UX includes the HP 16370A
Test Fixture Adapter and the following test xtures to satisfy virtually any measurement
application.
HP 16371A 24-pin DIP Low Leakage Fixture
HP 16372A 48-pin DIP Low Leakage Fixture
HP 16373A 64-pin DIP Low Leakage Fixture
HP 16374A Universal Low leakage Fixture
HP 16375A General Purp ose DIP Fixture
HP 16376A/B Universal Fixture
Use the following pro cedure to connect test xtures to the SWM.
1. Turn the test xture adapter and the test xture upside down.
2. Position the test xture in the test xture adapter and push the black push-to-lo ck
fasteners on the test xture to lo ck the test xture onto the test xture adapter.
3. Turn the adapter over again (topside up).
4. Position the adapter on the SWM.
5. Push the right and left side levers of the test xture adapter down to secure the adapter on
the SWM.
Caution
Do not touch the measurement pins of the SWM or the test xture.
Oil, p erspiration, and dirt prevent go o d electrical contact and degrade
measurement accuracy.
