Eye height
Eye height is a measurement of the vertical opening of an eye diagram.
Similar to the extinction ratio measurement, a vertical histogram is calculated
for data falling within the dened window (determined in the Dene Measure
menu). V

and the high-levels distribution are determined. Similar
patterns are determined for the low levels. The eye height is determined as:
