A 3G/4G modem fails to function correctly. For example, the 3G/4G modem receives no signals or fails
to connect to service providers' networks.
Solution
To resolve the problem:
1. Execute the shutdown command and the undo shutdown command on the cellular interface.
2. If the 3G/4G modem still fails to function, execute the modem reboot command on the cellular
interface.
3. If the problem persists, contact HP Support.
