Calling for service
When you call IBM for warranty information or service, be sure to have the serial
number, machine type and model number available.
Figure 14 shows the location of this information on the SurePOS Models
721/741/781 and 722/742/782
Note: Both positions A and B show the serial number and machine type-model
number.
