3.2 Functions Installed by Default
The standard features of the equipment include the shaking func-
tion (parameter RPM) and tempering function (parameter Temp).
3.2.1 Standard Function Shaking
1 Counterweight
2 Tray ejection
3 Drive hub
The shaking table moves in cirecles. It is driven by an electric mo-
tor, which is connected to the equipment’s flywheel by a drive belt.
To prevent injuries and facilitate loading and unloading, the drive is
switched off automatically as soon as the door is opened.
The counterweight used to balance the mass is fitted under the ta-
ble. Depending on the design, the deflection of the circular move-
ment is either 3, 25 or 50 mm or 12,5, 19, 25 or 50 mm for equip-
ment with an adjustable throw. The table moves in clockwise cir-
cles.
