Installing the Swingaway Padded Armrest Arm Sockets
NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE8.9.
1. Removethetwoexistinglocknutsandmountingscrewsthatsecurebackcane
mountingbrackettothebackcane.
NOTE:Positionarmsockettowardsoutsideofthewheelchairframe.
NOTE:Wheninstallingthearmsocket,two,new,longermountingboltsareused.
2. Usingtwonew,longmountingscrewsandlocknuts,securethearmsockettotheback
canemountingbracketandbackcane.Securelytighten.
3. RepeatSTEPS1‐2fortheoppositearmsocket.
