Transfection Eciency: Expands or hides the controls for the Transfection Eciency tool. The
Transfection Eciency tool is inactive until the confluence measurement is completed.

Confluence: Displays the percentage of the area covered by cells in the image, based on the
selected target and background areas and sensitivity.

Reset: Resets the
Confluence and Transfection Eciency measurements to 0 and clears the
selected targets and background areas.

Batch Analysis
: Allows you to save and apply the cell culture analysis parameters to other images
that you have collected and saved in an image folder (see “Batch analysis” on page94).
11.
Exit: Exits the Cell Culture
tool and displays the Review tab.
12.
Save
: Saves the analysis results as an image in the selected file format (see “Save analysis results”
on page92).
