Perform auto count
1.
Click (Show Cell Count), then select Auto Count.

If counting from the Capture tab, select the
Channel in which to count objects.
Available options depend on the channels used when the image was captured. In this example, all
channels contain captured images, and DAPI is selected for auto count.
