Description In preparation for executing an action defined in a policy, the event processing process
(eventd) tried to change its privilege level to that of the indicated Junos user. The attempt
failed. It made the attempt because the user-name statement is included at one of
several possible levels under the [edit event-options policy <policy-name> then] hierarchy
level.
