Description The Layer 2 Control Protocol process (l2cpd) informed the kernel that it wished to ignore
the indicated signal, but the kernel did not process the request.

Description After receiving multiple termination requests, the Layer 2 Control Protocol process (l2cpd)
exited without performing the indicated cleanup tasks.
