FRONT AXLE
(2) Disassembling 2WD Type Front Axle
Front Wheel Hub
1. Remove the front wheel hub cap (1).
2. Draw out the cotter pin.
3. Remove the slotted nut (2).
4. Remove the collar.
5. Remove the front wheel hub (3) with a puller.
(When reassembling)
• Replace cotter pin with a new one.
• Apply grease to the oil seal in the front wheel hub.
• After tightening the slotted nut to the specified torque, insert
a cotter pin and bend it as shown in the figure.
• Pack in the grease to the bearing in the front wheel hub.
