operation. Enter Diagnostics Menu and navigate to:
OUTPUT BIN TESTS > Sensor Test
Does the display on the operator panel change every time the sensing
area of the above sensors are interrupted or blocked?

Check the sensors (pass through). If damaged, then replace the high
capacity output expander. Go to “High capacity output expander
assembly removal” on page 460.
Reseat the sensor connections (J3) on the controller PCBA, then POR the
machine.
