FiberReach nodes operating at an OC-3 rate require two
28-Type OLIUs in the MAIN slots of the FiberReach shelf.
NOTE:
The 28-Type OLIUs require a faceplate interconnect cable
assembly, [comcode(847721271].
NOTE:
