circuit packs lighted (not flashing)?

YES
, continue with

NO
, proceed to
Step 12

8. Replace either of the service
DS1

DS1PM
,
T1EXT
,
HDSL
, or
DS3
circuit
packs with the lighted
FAULT
LED.
