3.15.3 Converting from Transport to Field Position
To convert from transport position to field position, follow all the recommended procedures provided here.
Removing Tow-Bar
Perform the following procedure to remove the tow-bar.
DANGER
To prevent bodily injury or death from the unexpected start-up of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the
key before making adjustments to the machine.
1. Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.


2. Block the tires to prevent the header from rolling, and
unhook the header from the towing vehicle.
3. Disconnect electrical connector (A) on the tow-bar.
4. Remove pin (B) from the tow-bar, and disassemble outer
section (C) from inner section (D).


5. Disconnect electrical connector (A) at the front wheel.
