3.5 Cutterbar Doors
The Rotary Disc 4.9-Meter (16-Foot) Header for Self-Propelled Windrowers comes in two configurations: one for
use in North American and one for use outside of North America. Headers configured for use outside of North
America are referred to as export headers. The configuration is specified in the title when necessary.
CAUTION
Do NOT operate the machine without all the cutterbar doors down. The curtains should be installed and in
good condition.

Two doors provide access to the cutterbar area.
Rubber curtains are attached to each door at the front
corners and center fixed cover. Latches at the lower corners
of each curtain keep the curtains together to minimize the
risk of thrown objects.
The cutterbar curtains reduce the potential for thrown
objects. Always keep curtains down when operating the
header.
Replace worn or damaged curtains. Refer to your Dealer for
replacement instructions.
