CoolingSystemMaintenance
Thecoolingsystemmustbemaintainedbyperformingregularlyscheduledmaintenanceas
outlinedintheMaintenanceandLubricationManual.Coldweatheroperations,however,
placeaddeddemandsonthecoolingsystem.Preventpotentialcoldweatherproblemsby
performingaquickcheckofthecoolingsystemasoutlinedbelow:
•Makeageneralcheckforcoolingsystemleaks.
•Inspecthosesandclampsforleaksandcondition.Tightenhoseclampstospecications
(asrequired).
•Checkcoolantlevel.Addfreshcoolant(inspeciedconcentration)asnecessary.
•Checkandrecorddegreeofcoolant.Addcoolantasnecessarytoobtainrequired
protectionlevel.
