otherlocations,suchasframeorengine
groundingpoints.
ThisMACKchassisisreadyforconvenientinstallationofelectricalaccessories.Useonly
thedesignatedCBjacksonthedashboard,orbatterypost(12volts),ignition,groundpost,
bufferedtachometer(RPM)output,andbufferedspeedometer(MPH)outputconnections
availableontheelectricalequipmentpanel.Eachconnectionpointisdescribedbelow.
BatteryPost(BATT)
Thisisa12-volt,unswitchedbatterypowerconnection.Itcanbeusedtopowerexternal
devicesthatrequirepoweratalltimes,evenwhenthekeyisturnedoff.Thissourceis
protectedbya20-ampcircuitbreaker.
IgnitionPost(IGN)
Thisisa12-volt,switchedbatterypowerconnection.Itcanbeusedtopowerexternal
devicesthatrequirepoweronlywhenthekeyisturnedon.Thissourceisprotectedby
a15-ampcircuitbreaker.
GroundPost(GND)
Thisisagroundconnection.Itcanbeusedasapowerreturnconnectionforexternaldevices.
