by option ports CN5-B and
CN5-C only. Connect the PG
option card to the correct option
port.

Duplicate type of
option card is
connected to VFD
ports CN5-A, CN5-B,
and CN5-C.
• AI-A3: Only one of the options,
AI-A3, DI-A3, or SI-xx can be
connected to the VFD at the
same time.
• DI-A3: Only one of the options,
AI-A3, DI-A3, or SI-xx can be
connected to the VFD at the
same time.
• AO-A3/DO-A3: Use only
compatible options.
