1. Remove the blower housing cover
(See page 4-21).
2. Place a thin 11mm (7/16”) open end wrench
on the flat spot of the speed increaser shaft.
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
BLOWER WHEEL
3. Insert the end of a 13mm (1/2”) socket
extension bar into center hole of the blower
wheel.
TECH TIP: Tap the ratchet and extension
bar in a quick motion, rather than applying
slow pressure. This helps avoid rounding of
the center hole of the blower wheel, which
could stress and crack the blower wheel.
4. The blower wheel is reverse threaded, so it
must be turned to the right to remove it.
