Lube dose
Lube dose is default set to 3. This should be increased if it is taking a long period of
time to make the bale or in very dry and dusty conditions as this determines the
amount of oil applied to the chains.
Film sensor
The film sensor monitors the passage of film through the dispenser rollers. If one
dispenser stops feeding film due to a roll coming to an end the control box will give
an audible alarm and flash the “1 Dispenser Only” symbol; bale rotation goes into
50/50 mode rotating the bale at half speed so applying the correct film coverage and
wrapping of the bale can be completed. If the second dispenser empties the
dispensers will rotate slowly and stop at the loading position, the control box will
display the “Out of Film” symbol and wait.
Note: The film sensor may be switched off if desired.
Bale count
The bale count menu shows five sub total bale counts, lube count and the grand
total. The second five subtotals are accessed by pressing the soft key F→J. All sub
totals and the lube count can be reset by pressing the reset soft key and the tick soft
key. The grand total cannot be reset.
