13.5.3 Procedure for reassembly of the sprocket on the
roller shaft (short and long shaft)
1. Place the roller in the chamber and fit the bearing complete assembly
(ART00051) a break down of this can be seen in the black square above for
additional information and part numbers please refer to the spare parts
manual.
2. When the bearing is in place, place part 18 (CHM00510) onto the shaft.
3. Get a sleeve that will fit loosely over the shaft against the collar which will allow
you to tighten the nut on the shaft and apply pressure to CMH00510.
4. Place the 30 mm nut on the shaft and tighten, this will pull the shaft over
against the roller and line up the assembly. Note: For this procedure to be
effective the sleeve must not be hindered by the shaft when it is being tight-
ened.
5. When the nut is tightened remove the 30 mm nut and the collar and assemble
items as illustrated above, starting with the shims (30), then the collar (18), the
collet (17), the sprocket (9) and finally the nut (37).
