New setting parameters allow to select for each
overcurrent stage of the phase and the residual
currents whether the starting decision shall be based
on the fundamental or on the r.m.s. value.
Remark: For the negative-sequence stages, the starting
decision is always based on the fundamental.
FT_DA The primary values for the phase and residual fault
currents (for every transformer end) have been added.

THRMx The thermal overload protection can now alternatively
also be applied to the measured or calculated neutral

extended to 128.
COUNT Function group COUNT has become available. Four
binary counters can be used to count the positive pulse

A device reboot with physical channel 2 assigned
to COMM1 and busy does no longer block the
communication.

Bug fixing in the DNP3.0 protocol:
The following bugs upon device reboot have been
eliminated:
– not all Class 0 objects were available
– the link re-establishing stage permanently
timed-out
