13.1 Mounting Position of CPU Module

(3) When CPU No. 1 is High Performance model QCPU
The mounting position of each CPU module is shown in Table13.4.
(a) Mounting position of High Performance model QCPU
Up to four High Performance model QCPUs can be mounted to the CPU slot (the
slot on the right side of power supply module) through slot 2.
There must be no empty slot between CPU modules.
(b) Mounting position of Motion CPU
Up to 3 Motion CPU modules can be mounted to the slot located next to the High
Performance model QCPU through slot 2.
The High Performance model QCPU cannot be mounted on the right of the
Motion CPU.
(c) Mounting position of C Controller module
Up to three C Controller modules can be mounted to the slot next to the CPU
mounting starting from the right end of the slot through Slot 2.
No High Performance model QCPU/Motion CPU can be mounted on the right side
of the C Controller module.
