Component Function
'File'
■ When no objects are selected, you can do the
following from the 'File' menu.
■ Log on to a user mode
■ Log off from the previous user mode.
When a destination is selected, you can do the
following from the 'File' menu.
■ Add a new destination
■ Delete the selected destination
■ View the properties of the selected destination
■ Open the destination
■ Save the destination.
When a file is selected, the 'File' menu includes the
following items.
■ View the properties of the selected file
■ Delete the selected file
■ Print the selected file
■ View the selected file.
'Edit'
■ Use 'Automatic logon', to start the Océ Scan Manager
application automatically in the defined user mode.
'View'
■ Toggle between the display languages
■ Refresh the list of files.
'System'
■ Clear the temporary store
■ Use 'Auto view' to enable or disable the automatic
view of the scan file.
'Help'
■ Access the contents of the on-line help
■ Get more information about the copyright and the
version of the application.
