Installation Procedure

Please take note that the top edge of the divider has two alignment tabs while the bottom edge has
only one.
Each rack has nine groupings of five slots where a divider may be installed. The top will have the
slots on both sides of the rail and the bottom will have the slots only on the inside of the rack.
1. Open the suture rack where the divider will be installed.
2. Hold the divider so that the side with the notched edge is facing the shelf and the edge with
two tabs is facing up.
3. Angle the divider so that it fits into the rack.
4. Insert the top two tabs into the top of the rack at the desired location.
5. Insert the bottom tab into the slot, align the slots, and keep the divider straight in the rack.
Color Coding
1. Open the rack where the color coding will be installed.
2. Remove the two nuts on the inner side of the rack using a 5/16” nutdriver.
3. Remove the front panel of the suture rack.
4. Place the color coding into the slot.
5. Replace the front panel.
6. Replace the two nuts and tighten them with the 5/16” nut driver.
