Removal Procedure
Removal Procedure
1. Perform a graceful shutdown of the CT PC Box.
2. Open the door where the suture rack will be installed.
3. Pull the right rack out as far as it will go.
4. Disconnect the SPC cable from the wireway connector.
5. Remove the two screws that secure the suture rack housing from the frame using a 3/32” Allen
wrench or a Torx T15 driver.
6. Remove the housing from the frame.
7. Remove the screws securing the suture rack brackets using a 3/32” allen wrench or a Torx T15
screwdriver.
LED plate
1. Pull the rack out far enough to see behind the front panel.
2. Disconnect the LED cable on the inside of the front panel.
3. Remove the two bolts securing the plate using the 5/32” nut driver.
4. Remove the plate.
LED cable
1. Pull the rack out far enough to see behind the front panel.
2. Disconnect the LED cable on the inside of the front panel.
3. Remove the cable plate from the back of the rack housing.
4. Disconnect the switchpanel cable from the switchpanel.
5. Remove the switchpanel from the rack housing.
6. Flip the switchpanel over and disconnect the LED cable.
