33.5 Industrie Canada (IC) Déclaration de conformité
Le présent appareil est conforme aux CNR d’Industrie Canada applicables
aux appareils radio exempts de licence. L’exploitation est autorisée aux
deux conditions suivantes:
(1) l’appareil ne doit pas produire de brouillage, et (2) l’utilisateur de
l’appareil doit accepter tout brouillage radioélectrique subi, même si le
brouillage est susceptible d’en compromettre le fonctionnement.
33.6 RF Exposure
This device has been tested for compliance with FCC RF exposure limits in
a portable configuration. At least 15 cm of separation distance between the
PlanID device and the user's body must be maintained at all times. This
device must not be used with any other antenna or transmitter that has not
been approved to operate in conjunction with this device.
