7. Remove the inside spider plate (D) and spider
dampener (E). Inspect the spider dampener (E) for
wear and replace if needed.
8. Remove the E-clips (F), washers (G), and the clutch
rollers (H). Inspect the rollers for wear; replace if
worn.
9. Remove the clutch assembly from the holding tool.
10. Press out the spring pins (I) in the inner sheave.
11. Pull out the clutch roller pins (J) and rollers (K).
12. Press the shaft and bearing out of the outer sheave
using an arbor press.
13. Inspect the bearing for wear. Spin the bearing, if the
bearing does not spin smoothly, replace it. To
replace the bearing, remove the snap ring from the
end of the shaft and press the bearing off the shaft.
