Descr iption Loss of comm utat ion/ encoder counts for AqB encoder.
The index signal serves as a reference position for
det ecting loss of com mutation/ pulses. The AqB encoder
counter is compared at different index positions. Between
index position captures the count must be exactly
MENCRESx4 (or 0 counts if m oved back to sam e index
location).
This fault disables the drive.
Action required
I f a fault occurs shortly after motion begins, check
MENCRES settings.
I f a fault occurs after som e tim e it is likely due to EMI
noise. Im prove the installation. Make sure ground is
connected. Make sure shield is connected on feedback
and motor cables.

Descr iption
One of the prim ary feedback signals is not connected.
This fault occurs in incremental encoder, resolver and
sine encoder feedback types.
This fault disables the drive.
Action required
Refer to the section Sine Encoder and Resolver
Diagnostics.
Check whether all signals from the prim ary feedback
device are properly connected to t he drive.
