9 .4 .2 D rive- Ba se d Aut otuning – Expre ss
The Ex pr e ss autotuning procedure requires no user input except to activate
each step.
Ex pr ess Autotuning consists of the following steps:
1 . Set the m otion generator: Dr ive
Optional: Manually m ove the axis t o the start position.
2 . Run Autotuning.
3 . Test the result .
4 . Save the param eters.

The Adva n ce d aut otuning procedure consists of the following steps:

generates the m otion).
2 . Load/ motor inertia ratio estimation.
3 . Set m otion profile.
4 . Set options for param et er optim ization.
5 . Run autotuning.
6 . Test the result .
7 . Save the param eters.
