5.6.2 Operation of the radio control
ATTENTION
The operator on the ground, during the operating phases, must secure the
radio control to the waist using the supplied adjustable fastening belt.
A) Check that all remote controls are in the neutral position and that the
mushroom button (emergency stop) is not activated.
B) Turn on the radio control by turning the two-position selector (1)
clockwise (battery switch) bringing it to the vertical position.
C) The LEDs indicating the battery charge status (3) will flash on the remote
control.
D) If necessary, replace the remote control battery (3) with a fully charged
one.
ATTENTION
Never operate with the remote control battery almost flat.
E) Press the green power button (2) on the left side of the radio control
twice in sequence to establish the connection between the radio control
and the signal reception control unit positioned on the central body of
the machine.
F) From this moment the radio control commands are enabled.
