3.2.1 Warranty terms
3.3 General description
The TR80 is semi-mounted by the tractor, thanks to the 3-point hitch, driven
by the cardan shaft and controlled by the wireless remote control supplied.
The fruits fall from the tree through the vibration of the perennial woody organs
by means of the vibrating head installed in the rear end of the machine, at the
end of the telescopic arm.
The standard equipment of the machine includes the latest generation remote
control (with battery charger and 2 batteries included), hydraulic steering aid,
heat exchanger and valve for adjusting the clamping pressure of the vibrating
head.
The wheels of the machine are steered (steering wheel aid). Their direction is
manually activated by the operator by means of the hydraulic quick release
couplings activated by the hydraulic distributor supplied with the tractor itself.
The optional features include the hydraulic braking system on the support
wheels, which increases safety in the most adverse working conditions.
Optional kits, such as the reverse umbrella, can be supplied on request; see
paragraph “9. Optional accessories” pag. 149.
SICMA S.r.l. will examine any warranty claims only if in possession of the
invoice.
This machine is guaranteed for a period of 12 consecutive months from the
date of purchase indicated in the invoice.
The warranty shall become void in the following situations:
- normal wear and tear;

damage or failure that was caused by negligence, a lack of maintenance,
irrational use of the machine, usage in conditions that are different
from those that are allowed;
- if the machine is modified by unauthorized personnel;
- the use of non-original spare parts;
- failure in observing the requirements in this manual.
