6.5.2 Cleaning the machine
In order to avoid contact between the falling fruit and any hydraulic oil that
may have leaked from the circuit, the machine must be periodically cleaned.
Safely stop the machine before cleaning.
ATTENTION
Never use petrol, solvents or other flammable fluids to clean the parts; use
suitable non-flammable and non-toxic commercial solvents.
DANGER
If using a steam cleaner, wear protective clothing; steam can cause serious
physical injury.
When using compressed air for cleaning, limit the working pressure to a
maximum of 2 bar, according to local and/or national regulations in force;
always wear suitable PPE.
6.5.3 Check of tolerance limits between pins and bushings
of all joints
Restore worn bushings/pins if the deviation between the parts exceeds 10% of
the original bush diameter.
